At the start of the year, Wuxi Xue Tao has successively convened its 2026 Work Mobilization Meeting and a special conference on production safety, aligning thinking, setting clear objectives, and reinforcing accountability—laying the groundwork and charting the course for high-quality development in the year ahead.

At the work mobilization meeting, General Manager Zhang Hua outlined a comprehensive outlook for 2026, focusing on the current macroeconomic environment. Upholding the overarching principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, the meeting squarely addressed both the opportunities and challenges facing the industry, emphasizing the need to transform pressure into momentum. The meeting identified three core priorities: strengthening competitiveness through product innovation, boosting sales efficiency to increase order conversion rates, and elevating service quality to enhance brand reputation.
